Yulia is the AI and Customer Experience Expert in Residence at BIPC North East. For eligible businesses, this route is one of the most affordable ways to work with Yulia on AI adoption. Support through BIPC is grant-funded, so it can come at no cost to you.

Wherever in the North East your business is based, you can begin with a free call. It's a chance to talk through where AI might help you, ask whatever's on your mind, and work out the right next step. If you're eligible for the Citylife grant, that call is your way in to the full twelve hours of support. If you're not, or the grant isn't running in your area, the call is still yours, free and with no catch.
Eligible businesses can access up to twelve hours of free expert support through the Citylife Business Support Grant, funded by the North East Combined Authority and Newcastle City Council using UK Government funding.
The grant is currently open to businesses based in Newcastle, Gateshead and North Tyneside. If you're based elsewhere, or the grant isn't available when you get in touch, you're still welcome to book your free call, and we'll point you to the best route from there.
